The P90X Workout Sheets

The P90X workout sheets give you a lot of stuff. It comes in Excel format, and you'll find

       - a printable P90X worksheet for each individual workout to track your weight/number of reps..
       - Nutrition Setup and Portion plan tabs that put the P90X nutrition plan at your fingertips
       - tracking features for adding up your calories each day
       - places to record your measurements and fit test results, both at the start or the program and as you progress

Getting your p90x worksheets is easy. Grab a free Team Beachbody account here.

Then, go to the Get Fit tab and pick Workout Sheets. Download the Excel spreadsheet titled P90Xcel.

I recommend that before you even start P90X, find the appropriate P90X workout sheet for each of the resistance workouts (Chest and Back, Shoulders and Arms, Legs and Back, Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, Back and Biceps). Then, PRINT IT OUT and put it on a clipboard with a pen somewhere in the area where you are going to work out. There have been many times where I didn’t have my P90X workout sheets ready to go when I started a workout, and I didn’t want to stop everything and go all the way upstairs and mess around the printer. I always regret when that happens because I NEVER remember next time how much weight I used or how many reps I did, I just guess. The way to improve is to meet or beat what you did last time, which you obviously can’t do if you don’t write it down. TRACK IT TO ATTACK IT!
